At The Vibe Cartel, we are committed to helping you find the perfect gift. We curate exciting products and, to help keep our prices low for you, our policy is "all sales are final."

Please choose your items carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or finding the item cheaper elsewhere.


What if my item is faulty or "DOA" (Dead on Arrival)?


We stand by our "guaranteed to excite" promise. If your item arrives with a major fault, is unsafe, or is significantly different from its description, you are protected under Australian Consumer Law.

A major fault is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it.
  • Is unsafe.
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and can’t be easily fixed.


How to Make a Claim for a Faulty Item


If you believe your item has a major fault, please follow these steps:

  1. You must contact our team within 7 days of your order being delivered.
  2. Email us at [email protected] with the following:
    • Your full name and order number.
    • A clear description of the fault.
    • Clear photo and/or video proof of the fault (this is required).
  3. Once we receive your claim, our team will assess the fault.
  4. If the item is deemed to have a major fault, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund.

Please note: This policy does not cover minor imperfections, damage caused by misuse, or general wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the claim is not valid or the required proof is not provided.
