To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas Day, please place your order by December 1st, 2025.
We will do everything in our power to get your items to you, but orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
Order Processing
Once you place your order, our team gets to work. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process, pack, and get your order ready for dispatch.
(This does not include the shipping time).

We're stoked to offer FREE Shipping Australia-Wide on all orders!
Once your order is dispatched, it's in the hands of our shipping partners. Because we source the coolest gifts from different partners to keep prices low, shipping times can vary.
- Estimated Shipping Time: 8 - 20 business days
Total Estimated Delivery = Processing Time (2-4 business days) + Shipping Time (8-20 business days)
Please note that these are estimates. Deliveries to regional or remote areas may take a little longer.
"Where's My Vibe?" (Order Tracking)
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey.
Sometimes, it can take a few days for the tracking to update in the carrier's system. Don't stress, it's on its way!

- Got a few items? We work with different partners to find you the best stuff. This means your items might be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at slightly different times.
- Check Your Address: Please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct before you check out. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid residential or business street address.
